John Liebert

SCPMA-HR wishes to note the passing of John Liebert, a respected public sector labor relations attorney who represented hundreds of public agencies on a variety of labor relations issues. He negotiated hundreds of labor agreements, and his expertise encompassed the full sweep of public sector labor and employment law. John was also known for pioneering and establishing labor and employment training programs throughout the state of California. The Board of Directors of SCPMA-HR extends its condolences to all those who knew and worked with John over the years. He will be greatly missed.
